At Hardline Tactical, we work to get your gear packed, shipped, and moving as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Because some Hardline Tactical products may be produced, assembled, or packed in small batches, processing times may vary during high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, or restocks.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total, shipping destination, package weight, and available carrier options.
From time to time, Hardline Tactical may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout or on the product page when available.
Shipping Locations
Hardline Tactical currently ships within the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Hardline Tactical’s control.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Hardline Tactical is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hardline Tactical is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
For lost or delayed packages, customers may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
That said, we do not leave our customers hanging. Contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue and determine the best next step.

Preorders, Backorders, and Made-to-Order Items
Some Hardline Tactical products may be offered as preorders, backorders, or made-to-order items.
Estimated shipping dates for these products are not guaranteed and may change due to production timelines, material availability, or quality control.
We would rather ship it right than ship it sloppy. Gear should earn the logo.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or unable to be delivered, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
