At Hardline Tactical, we stand behind TactiClean. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@hardlinetactical.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your TactiClean arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@hardlinetactical.com and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
